Kitten(s) go home at 13-14 weeks. This ensures proper socialization, healthy minds and stronger immune systems plus healing from spay/neuter procedure.

Both parents of kitten(s) are fully health tested and Tica registered.

Both parents have received echocardiogram by licensed cardiologist showing normal hearts (no hcm) and genetic tested clear for all life threatening disorders. Resulting in you receiving guaranteed healthy kittens.

All Kittens are spayed/neutered before leaving, no exceptions. Breeding rights offered to approved catteries only for an additional fee.

  • Sphynx $3,400

  • Devon Rex $3,600

  • Dominant Blue Eye (DBE) Sphynx $3,500​

 (not to be confused with pointed blue eyes) ​

  • Odd-Eyed Sphynx $3,700 (two different colored eyes)​

We take proactive measures to protect both our cattery and your future kitten:
   •    Routine fecal testing & upper respiratory PCR screening on our adult cats
   •    Full quarantine and two rounds of PCR testing for any new cat entering our program
   •    Immediate treatment provided when needed to stop illness before it spreads

This helps ensure your kitten leaves us healthy, and stays that way.


Spayed/Neutered Before Adoption

All pet kittens go home already altered, which:
   •    Saves you $500–$900 in vet expenses
   •    Eliminates stressful scheduling and post-op recovery for new owners
   •    Helps prevent spraying and heat-related behaviors in young cats

We handle everything so you can simply enjoy your new companion.
